Description: Getting to Results Faster with the Meahana Platform
We have all been in meetings where the first few people to speak end up steering the whole conversation. When that happens, it is hard to know what the rest of the room is actually thinking. This makes the "sense-making" part of our job as facilitators much slower and a lot more difficult.
This month, Matt Archer joins us to introduce Meahana, a platform he and his team developed to structure these conversations so everyone feels heard. You can think of it as if Miro and Mentimeter had a baby. It combines the visual collaboration of a whiteboard with the structured, real-time input of a polling tool.
Matt will show us how Meahana gives you an organized, real-time map of the group's input before the talking even starts. By getting a clear picture of the room early on, you can stop guessing where people stand and focus on the insights that lead to faster, more inclusive outcomes.
